The meeting will help you understand how our outsourcing concept can help you achieve your goals faster and you will gain an insight into the reduced costs of development. In other words, it’s the start of your upcoming growth adventure.
Offer
Our consultants will get back to you after a few days with a customized outsourcing solution that fit exactly your requirements along with a competency matrix to fill out. The competency matrix is a set of questions that help us further visualize the skills available within your team and identify the gaps. It also helps us visualize your long-term and short-term hiring goals.
Shortlisted candidates
Within 2 weeks, we will send you profiles of shortlisted candidates to choose from. You can interview them and pick the best ones.
Onboarding
And finally, your new developer is hired. We will prepare an onboarding strategy ahead of time so you can ensure a stress-free operation and onboarding for your new hire. Smooth onboarding leads to happier employees, increased retention, and overall increased productivity in the first few weeks of employment.
