Strategy meeting; defining your needs
Given that there is a shortage of competent software developers, the hiring process is often slow and it’s common to spend more than 40 days to find a good candidate.
At SDEX, we have developed a recruitment process that is fast and efficient. We have an established database of software developers and IT engineers, which we dive into to connect you with the right fit within 2 weeks.
Our process takes 2 weeks because all the candidates in our network are pre-vetted and tested for their English language proficiency, technical competency, and remote working mindset. All we have to do is to match your request with the candidates in our database and send you shortlisted profiles.
Book a strategy meeting
The strategy meeting is a complimentary consultancy meeting that serves as an opportunity to know more about your business. It’s a non-committal meeting as it revolves solely around how we can help you reach your strategic goals faster and more efficiently. The meeting will help you understand how our outsourcing concept can help you achieve your goals faster and you will gain an insight into the reduced costs of development. In other words, it’s the start of your upcoming growth adventure.
Our consultants will get back to you after a few days with a customized outsourcing solution that fit exactly your requirements along with a competency matrix to fill out. The competency matrix is a set of questions that help us further visualize the skills available within your team and identify the gaps. It also helps us visualize your long-term and short-term hiring goals.
Within 2 weeks, we will send you profiles of shortlisted candidates to choose from. You can interview them and pick the best ones.
And finally, your new developer is hired. We will prepare an onboarding strategy ahead of time so you can ensure a stress-free operation and onboarding for your new hire. Smooth onboarding leads to happier employees, increased retention, and overall increased productivity in the first few weeks of employment.
Retaining and growth
We have put an employee development strategy in place to continuously support your software development team with management and competence development. From the day they join our community, they are encouraged to participate in our workshops and seminars to level up their skills and stay up to date with the latest technologies.
